- All tours start and end in Windhoek
- Seats available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Upon booking, a non – refundable deposit of 20% of the tour price will be required, to secure your seat.
- No cancellation policies applicable on camping tours, if you are not available on departure date, we will unfortunately leave without you. However if you arrive a day later, we can still assist you with arrangements to join the tour, provided it is fully paid up in advanced.
- Children places will be quoted on individual basis, depending on age and number of adults in the same traveling group.

There is no single supplement charge on our camping tours.

Accommodation.
We provide spacious dome tents, shared by two (2) people.
Price include:
All transport for duration of the tour in air-conditioned bus, towing a small trailer.
All meals as indicated on itinerary
Park and Entrance fees
Services of guide/tour leader.
All camping equipment
Price does not include:
Items of a personal nature
Any alcoholic and/or non alcoholic drinks
Insurance. Please make sure you are adequately insured for your journey.
